Copytone is a copywriting tool for teams. It reads what your customers say about you, and helps everyone who writes for you write the way they talk.
Who makes it
Copytone is made by Owen Fisher, a brand designer. He built it because the best words about a business usually sit in what its customers say, not on its website. He runs Copytone as a sole trader; the details are in the terms and the privacy notice.
What it believes
- People buy from people. The words your customers use about you are the ones new customers trust.
- Copytone suggests. A person decides every change, and Copytone never publishes anything.
- No scores. Every suggestion comes with its reasons, so you can see why.
Try it
The brand voice checker compares a page of your website with how your customers talk, and rewrites its first sentences in their voice when you ask. It's free. There's also a plain English checker and a readability checker.
